LACE EXHIBITION!!!! The Threads Of Power lace exhibit at the Bard Graduate Center is amazing! I am so happy to visit – and on the lace makers’ opening day – I cannot properly express what a perfect collection of beautiful lace this is. I am truly lucky to be part of this event and get to meet all the wonderful lace makers in person that I have spoken with on Zoom for a year.

Does the lace piece look familiar. It is the “Paper Or…” plastic bag bobbin lace I made. It proudly hangs in front of a window in the Lace Makers’ Studio in the Bard Graduate Center. My piece is in great company with other lace from the Brooklyn Lace Guild including several items from the KUR fashion collection.
