This is a spot I had to rework a few times on the “normal” sized, silk pattern tester. I wanted it to look fairly seamless when the diamond-shaped trail went into the long diagonal trails. I tested how many twists, and the connection points between the motifs. This helped so much when doing the large piece. I already knew the best way to work the lace.

I love how distinct the cloth trails are! You can also really see the blue variegation from the words on the grocery bags. The fun part is when you get close, there are readable words. One says, you can recycle this bag. Kind of perfect, if you ask me.
